2. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Wayo application or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:

- You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not prohibited by law from using the Service.
4. Nature Of The Service
Wayo is a travel dating and social connection platform.
Wayo does not organize, supervise, verify, or attend meetings.
Wayo does not perform identity verification or background checks unless explicitly stated.
Wayo does not guarantee the accuracy, intentions, health status, behavior, legitimacy, or identity of any user.
5. Safety And Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions when using the Service.
You decide whether to communicate with other users, meet in person, or travel.
Any meetings, travel, or activities arranged through the Service are voluntary and at your own discretion. Meeting people and traveling can involve risks, and you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your own safety and well-being.
Wayo does not supervise, manage, or participate in meetings between users.
6. No Responsibility For User Actions Or Outcomes
Wayo and UAB WAYO APPS do not verify users and do not guarantee the accuracy, intentions, behavior, or health status of any user.
Wayo and UAB WAYO APPS are not responsible for outcomes resulting from user interactions, including personal injury, illness, emotional distress, financial loss, property damage, or other harm that may occur during or after communication, meetings, or travel arranged through the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Wayo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
8. Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wayo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, matches, or outcomes from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
10. Use Of User Content For Promotion
By uploading content to the Service, you grant Wayo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and marketing the Service, including in advertisements, social media, and promotional materials.
This may include showing profile information, photos, or other content you choose to make visible on the Service.
11. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree to act respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or intentions.
- Harass, insult, threaten, or intentionally offend other users.
- Share content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful.
- Use the Service for illicit, unlawful, or deceptive purposes.
- Engage in behavior that disrupts the experience or safety of others.
Wayo may take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending or terminating accounts, if these rules are violated.
12. Subscription And Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription with a recurring monthly fee. Subscription prices, billing frequency, and available features will be shown to you before you complete a purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform where you purchased the subscription (for example, the App Store or Google Play).
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
